About Us

Pushpagiri started as  a small clinic in  Cheru Pushpagiri Hills with  8 beds in the year 1959 to provide maternity care to the rural 
people in and around Tiruvalla by the Catholic Diocese of Tiruvalla. As an initial step to attain its objectives the Society took over 
the ownership and management of Pushpagiri Hospital & which had grown into a super specialty hospital with 550 beds. By the 
year 2001, Pushpagiri Group of Institutions  initiated  projects for a medical college and a nursing college.
